Located in Zürich you will be part of the Deal Analysis Team reporting directly to the Head of Risk Management Funds AI
In addition, you will support the local regulatory Risk Manager in the different jurisdictions by providing analysis and information or by participating in the legal bodies
...an exiting position as Transaction Manager for illiquid Direct and Indirect Alternative Investments in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity and Debt, providing risk management advise to risk management and investment committees as well as executive and board meeting
Reviewing the individual Due Diligence Documents as well as the statically data of the regular annual statements from a Risk Management perspective, advising Senior Risk Manager on course of action is your responsibility
You will have the responsibilities for Analyze investments in terms of risk return profiles on single asset level as well as from a portfolio content perspective
Dedicated tasks in the investment process (pre trade) and in special situations (remedial actions) in the field of alternative investments
You will be in a meaningful role developing analytical methodologies for illiquid alternative investments, follow and report on new developments in the area of illiquid investments – market as well as investment processes and risks
This is your opportunity to provide profound AI knowledge by actively using the internal AI expert software Real Estimate with regards to the specific analysis and reports
You Offer
A University degree in finance, economics, econometrics, business administration or mathematics is what you have completed; CFA, CAIA or FRM, other post graduate studies like a degree in asset valuations would be a plus
You gained a minimum of 2 years experience of AI investments (direct, indirect) either on the transaction level or the risk management side
Good knowledge of the regulatory environment for illiquid investments in Switzerland and Europe (AIFM, UCITS and Swiss Fund Law)
You have good quantitative skills and combine the ability to make well-reasoned business decision and to work independently
You are a dedicated problem solver and happy to take the initiative to improve
You are service-minded and enthusiastic; You demonstrate a quality-focused attitude as well as a professional approach in communication and organisation
You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken) while possessing communication skills in a clear, transparent and concise manner
Strong MS Office skills; knowledge about market information systems (AI specific systems) is a plus
