We are seeking for our Global IT Department, located in Lausanne, Switzerland, a

 

System Engineer

 

Reporting to the Global Technical Operations Manager, the System Engineer will be responsible for enforcing compliance with Nestlé Skin Health and GxP standards for the data center infrastructure and its operations.

 

In this mission , you will be:

 

• Ensuring availability of Nestlé Skin Health’s global Microsoft infrastructure through monitoring and intervention by other operational teams as needed;


• Providing consulting and expert support as well as detailed technical documentation to internal and external technical teams as well as the company’s international affiliates;


• Maintaining documentation and database for core global infrastructure systems and components;


• Assisting in evaluating and developing new technologies, providing strategy and implementation within the management framework as needed;


• Providing support for server, Desktop and client as well as system administration and troubleshooting various IT issues;


• Setting up Windows providing support for Windows 2008/2012/2016 - GPO Management - AD Management;


• Looking after SCOM Administration, SCCM Architecture and VMWare ESXi Administration;


• Working with a Regional and Global IT Team on various projects.

Desired Profile :

 

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. MCITP, MCSA or Vmware certification would be a plus;


• Minimum 3 years of experience working with projects and systems in an enterprise environment supporting Microsoft Windows Server Technology;


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory or VMWare ESXi virtualization infrastructure. Knowledge of SAN technology would be a plus;


• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to interact at all level of the organization;


• Strong project management skills with an excellent collaborative spirit;


• Ability to influence and to suggest impactful and innovative solutions;


• Proficiency in English, French would be a plus.
