Job Description

Your role:

• This is a unique opportunity inside our company to work with the Collector (endpoint) teams on Windows and macOS.


• The Collector is an agent that is installed on millions of endpoints and your decisions will have a crucial impact for our customers.


• Your role will be to balance technical with business needs and build the roadmap.


• You will act as the customer advocate by leading requirement gathering, consulting with product managers, customers, and other stakeholders.


• You understand development constraints and are at ease with discussing technical challenges.


• You will work hand in hand daily with our on-site development teams to analyze, propose solutions, and write user stories.


• You’ll participate in scrum meetings, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives and demos.


• You will contribute to customer calls in order to speed-up the resolution of business-critical issues.


• You’ll own your teams’ backlogs, triage bugs, prioritize items and answer your teams’ questions.


• You will document new features and train Nexthink partners, sales engineers and consultants.

Qualifications

Your profile and experience:

• BSc/MSc in a technical field.


• 3 or more years’ experience as product owner or product manager, writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.


• Experience of working within a development team and being responsible for the value created.


• You are technologically savvy, and customer oriented at the same time.


• Ideally you have been a developer in the past.


• Previous experience of developing a B2B product used by thousands of users.


• You have a good knowledge of the IT challenges faced by large enterprises.


• Proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight, delivering results incrementally and pragmatically.


• You are enthusiastic about working in an international, collaborative and fast-paced environment and learning new technologies.


• Professional-level English, spoken and written.
