Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.


We are looking for a Channel Engagement Manager to join our team in Switzerlandand play a key role in the evolution of Dell.


Role and Responsibilities


The role is strategic and collaborative to ‘EXCITE’ & ‘DELIGHT’ Partners. Working directly with Partners  and Sales to be the face of Dell channel operations covering all lines of business.  You will ensure an optimized flow of Dell EMC products from planning to order management, delivery and sales out.  They will act as escalation point for operational issues focused on process optimization.  You will work with cross functional support teams across Dell EMC in order to understand the business needs and lead strategic improvements to enable the business.



  • Pro-active process support of products and services through following stages – Deal Reg / Pricing & Quoting / Order Management / Logistics

  • Identify operational efficiencies to increase ease of doing business between DELL EMC and partners to drive out cost from quote to order to delivery to cash

  • Leverage partner feedback to improve operations

  • Manage business / project risks including the development of contingency plans

  • Key communication liaison between partners and DELL EMC operations  

  • Coordinates with broader operational teams to effectively manage existing and new processes and tools being deployed


Essential Requirements



  • Good working knowledge of formal project management methodologies, PMP certification a plus & possess strong analytical skills with business and finance acumen.

  • Ability to deliver quality results under tight deadline, result oriented with a drive for excellence qualities in an ambiguous environment. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a passion for winning.

  • Strong verbal / written communication skills including meeting facilitation, presentations, and communication with all levels of management & staff English fluent + native local language(s)

  • Extensive coordination of communication and information dissemination with sales force and cross functional organizations, using data/analytics to support information

  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group

  • Undergraduate degree/University degree including 2+ years of Operations/sales or supply chain experience.
