(Junior) ICT Business Analyst
Responsibilities
Support Business by collecting and defining requirements and reviewing them
Records current operational states on a complex level and analyses them
Develops concepts and delivers suitable solutions with focus on internal platforms
Plans, coordinates and supervises the deployment of the solution
Releases new applications according to business requirements
Coordinate discussions between IT specialists, externals and business
Requirements
Degree from an institution of higher education and specialised training, Bachelor degree in IT is a must
Team player/ Self-Motivated
Requirements and Usability engineering
Web-Technologies and SharePoint skills: e.g. MS Azure, HTML, Java-Scripts
Programming skills: C#, MS SQL
English spoken and written
Good organisational and planning skills
Project and Risk Mgmt
Software and database architecture of advantage
ITIL certification of advantage
O365 administration knowhow of advantage
