  • A challenging role as Data Quality & Control Analyst to work within the Quality & Control function ensuring that data quality is defined and visible across divisions and functions

  • You will assist the Group CDO data quality lead to build out a functioning BAU data quality and control reporting process and define and produce the CDO Group standard key Quality & Control metrics and the sourcing of a complete view of data quality issues

  • Ensure complete sourcing of data quality issues through partnership with divisional and functional CDO teams

  • You will identify trends and exceptions in the quality & control metrics and follow through with root cause analysis and understanding

  • Contribute in implementing innovative quality control concepts to gain efficiencies and craft action plans to improve overall business processes

  • Track & report cross divisional remediation of key data quality issues which are Group CDO relevant

  • Work with divisions and functions to determine critical data elements where data quality should be measured and what the ongoing measurement and success criteria should be

  • Work closely with the other members of the Group CDO organization as it relates to Quality & Control in the other core capabilities, as well as with all CDO divisional and functional Quality & Control leads to ensure a consistent approach to data quality & control


 


You Offer

 

  • At least 5 years of data quality and control or data related change experience

  • Practical experience and expertise in the principles of data quality management

  • Preferably have knowledge of at least one of Investment Banking, Private Banking and Wealth Management processes and architectures

  • Be analytical and experienced in understanding and resolving data quality issues at source and experience in data issue root cause analysis desirable

  • Have experience of defining and implementing control models to ensure the long term improvement of data quality

  • Excellent communication skills, be at ease discussing complex issues, identifying and articulating useful management insights based on metrics and results

  • Influencing stakeholders & technology staff in the training and adoption of data quality and control processes and a passion for improving data quality

  • Fluency in English
