We are currently looking for a motivated and engaged colleague to join our local IT Support Team at our headquarters in Zurich Seefeld. Because of the nature of the role you will be working in a multi-cultural and fast-pacing environment and closely cooperating with colleagues around Europe & Asia.
Job responsibilities
Provide first level user and application support for internal users in Switzerland
Configure computers, printers, mobile devices and other peripheral devices
IT procurement
Conduct user training for office applications
Use of ticket tool according to IT service management procedures and ensure service level adherence
Participate in IT infrastructure projects
Build strong working partnership with all stakeholders
Job requirements
Swiss federal degree as ICT specialist or higher education in IT
Up to two years' experience in similar role
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office productivity tools
Knowledge in MS Operating Systems/Active Directory, VMware and Network technology would be beneficial
Highly customer oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills and ability to interact within cultures
Professional appearance, balanced personality
