Description

 Missions• To lead a Process Risk Assessment in accordance with the Syngenta requirement 04-PRA-CoP • Reference in safety process topics• To participate to incident investigation as part of HSEQ team• HSEQ partner in support & collaboration for a specific dedicated production sector • Process Risk Assessor leader needs to be available for supply chain PRA support outside of Monthey

Responsabilities• Repartition of the role and task in the team (respect the minimum team composition),• To provide a complete PRA documentation • To understand chemistry and engineering, hazard identification, to contact company expert if needed, severity and frequency estimation• To lead the PRA meeting • To follow actions until the end of PRA• Identification  and reporting of  hazardous situation at the end of the PRA• PRA4-projects : To ensure that all actions to be completed and safety equipment installed to eliminate risk in the red region of the PRA risk matrix (e.g. temporary solutions) before production starts • PRA5 revalidations: find temporary solutions for handling red scenarios & definitive solutions for long term security• Help production to deliver  “one page summary”• Take in charge technical safety topics & process safety GAPS • To Develop reference skills, e.g :dust explosion, inertization, SIS/SIL, human factors, ... • Be HSEQ production partner: play an active role and give HSEQ support and help for dedicated sector in all kind of HSEQ questions and/or delegate to specialist  within the HSEQ group 

Qualifications

 Critical knowledge• Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Technical Master degree• Knows relevant HSEQ legislation and corporate standards• Understand  Monthey systems and procedures • Fluent French and good level of English• Knowledge in chemical process hazards

Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities• Process risk assessment training• Good knowledge of the site organization• Manufacturing environment experience• Able to deal with the management, support department  effectively • Networking skills
