Your responsibilities
Responsible for the portfolio of Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities within HZI projects from Tendering to Execution
Provide projects with Project Quality Plans that enable HZI to deliver on our contractual obligations in a profitable manner
Drive world class business processes and tools for Quality Assurance and Quality Control in projects in line with the Business and individual Project Execution Strategies
Lead, inspire and develop the Project Quality team
Control adherence to the Projects QA/QC budget such that we can deliver on our commitments while remaining competitive
Monitor Cost of Poor Quality within our projects and drive actions to reduce them below any benchmark within the industry
Your experiences
Solid project execution experience in an EPC environment, with robust understanding of Project Management concepts
Solid experience and competency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Able to develop a Vision for the Projects QA/QC function, aligned with HZI’s business Strategy enabling HZI stay ahead of competition
Able to develop and deploy a Functional Plan for the Projects QA/QC function that realizes the Vision for the function
Experience in the use of standardized methods to identify, contain and permanently fix complex problems
Experience leading and developing teams
Completed Bachelor's/Master's studies
Advanced education in quality management are an advantage
Fluent in English, spoken and written, other languages are an advantage
