  • Support the administrative processing of ongoing business related to structured products (e.g. OTC transactions, Processing of structured products from issuance to maturity)

  • Drafting, dispatching and involvement in the design of multi-lingual product documentation and marketing materials (termsheets, flyers, KID)

  • Compiling listing prospectuses and submitting the relevant listing documentation to SIX Swiss Exchange

  • Maintaining the bank’s own website for structured products with the help of a CM system (entering new products, as well as monitoring and where necessary updating existing products in the case of corporate actions)

  • Responsibility for parts of the Life Cycle Management of derivative products, especially the correct booking in the core banking system

  • Support functionality in different paralegal tasks (e.g. drafting, filing and electronic archiving of contracts – ISDA, SMA, CSA, MCA – with counterparties and clients distribution agreements)

Profiles

  • Bank apprenticeship or degree in finance/banking would be an asset

  • Prior experience in front-office support, middle-office or back-office with exposure to settlement, corporate actions and structured product life cycle management

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word is required and programming experience (VBA) would be an advantage

  • Fluency in both German and English is a must
