HR Intern (6 months)

YOUR ROLE:


This hands-on position offers a wide spectrum of HR activities with a focus on recruitment. You will be collaborating with all the departments of Flyability, reporting directly to the HR Manager. This opportunity will enable you to work closely with employees and managers from various background such as R&D or sales.


WHAT YOU WILL OWN:



  • Recruitment

    • Drafting and posting job ads

    • Screening applications

    • Scheduling interviews

    • Taking part in interviews over the phone and face to face

    • Sending out answers

    • Exploring recruitment channels and suggest new hiring solutions


  • HR Administration

    • Keeping employee files up to date

    • Filling in social insurance forms

    • Preparing on and off-boarding

    • Helping new comers on the relocation and visa process

    • Support for payroll and social insurances

    • Delivering monthly KPIs


  • Assisting on HR projects such as office space organization

  • Helping to create internal manuals and handbooks (on-boarding, relocation, hiring)

  • Supporting the organization of internal events


YOUR PROFILE:



  • Bachelor in business administration or equivalent

  • Fluent in French and English (oral & written)

  • Strong organizational skills

  • A proactive curious and creative personality
