Length: 18 months including 4-6 month rotation


Start date: 12.2018


Workplace: Zurich, Switzerland


Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in Business/Project Management or Banking

We offer:



  • An exciting role in our Training & Analytics team at the Operations Front Support function in Zurich


  • You will have the opportunity to shape the way we provide operational support to our internal clients by supporting the development and implementation of our cognitive platform use case, an advisory application based on Artificial Intelligence, natural language processing, and supervised learning technology, covering a broad range of Securities, Payments, Tax, and Business Data Management expertise


  • You assume a key role in supporting and enabling our internal business partners along the digitalization


  • You support the communication and training strategy per business partner group, prepare training and communication materials, methods, and channels, and define new approaches


  • You contribute to knowledge management by developing the system’s knowledge sources as well as by creating process maps, manuals, and other business documentation

You offer:



  • A university degree ideally in Business/Project Management or Banking


  • Very good knowledge of German and English (written & spoken) is a requirement


  • You possess good working knowledge in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


  • You have a strong interest in technology, training, communication, and knowledge management, and the impact of new technology on banking organizations and processes


  • You possess the ability to work effectively with team members and are willing to take on responsibility and work independently


  • You have excellent communication skills and a high service orientation with solid attention to detail


  • You build sustainable relationships across the organization
