As a Project Manager - General Data Protection Regulatory HR, you will be responsible for project Coordination of all GDPR projects in Group function HR with project leads, business processes, Global process and Countries to ensure priorities are implemented successfully across the globe. This position will require tracking actual performance and generating necessary reports to highlight possible risks and variances.

• Provide performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.
• Define, jointly with the Practice Lead, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk Management plans.
• Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource Utilization.
• Identify, qualify, quantify and manage project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Capture, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project.
• Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the stakeholders.
• Act as key contact for the GDPR Champions and an escalation point for project issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, HR policies and compliance standards as well as adequate risk responses to related exposures in area of functional responsibility.
• Review Privacy Impact Assessments, Gap Analysis Assessments and risk mitigation actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or other related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within a complex multi-stakeholder environment
• Knowledge of program management standards and methodology
• Hands on experience with tools like Microsoft Project
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead virtual teams, manage multiple stakeholders and operate at different levels of the organization
• Good working knowledge of human resources processes
• Demonstrable analytical and structured skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus
