EY’s Financial Services Strategy & Customer Consultingis a new fast-growing practice, extending the firm’s consulting services to C-level clients in strategic assignments and digital transformation. It is embedded in our Advisory business, offering a broad range of functional and cross-country services dedicated to providing high-value and trusted advice to clients. 
Task that you promote

• Take accountability to further strengthen EY’s positioning with our Swiss clients as a leading strategy, digital and transformation adviser to the Insurance industry


• Develop thought leadership that is relevant and applicable to our market and clients


• Lead (multiple) assignments and help develop the team's intellectual capital


• Spearhead marketing efforts and build strong relationships with high profile clients


• Delivering a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and deliverables and being able to drive additional and repeated engagements


• Understanding EY's service offerings and actively identify opportunities to improve client service


• You would act as a role model and support development of junior team members, coupled with the recruitment and training responsibilities


• Contribute to our practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on our team as a great place to work

Your profile to succeed together

• Master’s degree or PhD in Insurance, Finance, Management, Economics or Science


• 7-10 years of work experience in a management consultancy and/or an in-house consulting function of a Tier 1 Financial Services company


• Proven track record in strategy development, business model design and digital transformation and experience leading and managing in complex business environments


• Entrepreneurial and output-focused mind-set


• Fluent in German and English


• Preferably with a network and/or experience in the Swiss Financial Services industry


• Ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
