This role is an exciting opportunity for you to work on and lead large value complex lending projects linked to Alternative and Fixed Income assets for our private UHNW clients. Become part of our dynamic and collegiate team based in Zurich.

In this function you main responsibility will be to:

• Provide trading and risk inputs to Financing projects with Alternative (Private Equity, Hedge funds) and Fixed Income collateral as the “first line of defence” function.


• Perform monitoring and continuous assessment of the trading risks within the UHNW transaction book.


• Execute hedges and gather market intelligence as appropriate in the this context.


• Develop and enhance risk assessment and monitoring models.


• Cover a global client base and deals in major geographies of LATAM,  MENA, and Western and Emerging Europe regions


• You will be embedded in a team that straddles both the Investment Banking and Private banking franchises of Credit Suisse
  

You Offer

 

• At least 3 years of experience in risk analysis and assessment of private equity funds, hedge funds, or other alternatives from a trading or credit risk perspective.


• Ideally you gained thisexperience in the roles of originator, structurer, analyst, marketer, or portfolio manager.


• Exposure to Structured Credit or Structured Equity asset classes is a plus


• Good industry network within the Alternative Investments investor base and/or International Fund managers in the space


• Through your experience you have had exposure to legal documentation and have gained a basic understanding of legal constructs in various jurisdictions related to Funds


• You possess excellent Excel and Financial Modelling skills and are an analytical and strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills


• You are self-confident and have a friendly countenance paired with high level of negotiation skills


• Excellent command of English is a requirement, good German would be an asset
