  • To work in a challenging senior role to manage and coordinate interactions between Credit Suisse and Swiss regulatory authorities, especially FINMA as the global lead regulator of the bank.

  • Being part of the evolving global regulatory universe and in the center of several strategic initiatives to manage regulatory risks.

  • Management of the day-to-day interaction and regular senior management meetings between Credit Suisse and regulatory authorities, thereby acting as gatekeeper for various regulatory topics.

  • The opportunity of shaping the engagement with global regulators in global regulatory sessions and of covering the global dealings of Swiss regulators.

  • Guiding of internal stakeholders on interaction with regulatory authorities and drive the compliance with regulatory driven action points.

  • The possibility to engage in front-to-back project management for supervisory reviews and management of regulatory commitments.

  • Establish a consistent information system for senior management on global regulatory topics that are addressed towards Credit Suisse.

  • The potential to position oneself as a value adding contributor in supporting the bank to implement and communicate its strategy.

  • A position located in Zurich, Switzerland but working with colleagues located around the world


 


You Offer

 

  • University degree, law (lic. jur), economics or in a related field

  • You have a minimum of five years of relevant work experience, ideally within a global financial institution, law-firm or audit company

  • An understanding and interest of the global regulatory environment in the financial industry as well as the ability to move and act in a highly sensitive environment describe your personality

  • You have extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills

  • Problem-solving skills, structured approach

  • Flexibility and initiative

  • You are fluent in German, with a high level of proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
