Zehnder Group International AG, located in Gränichen Switzerland, is looking for a highly motivated and team oriented personality to strengthen the SAP Support Team.

Support Manager for Business Applications 100% (f/m)

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for a global, three level IT application management support process (mainly SAP)


• Monitor and manage urgent incidents and perform escalation management towards internal and external partners


• Communicate with involved stakeholders on business and IT side including senior management and external partners


• Manage a nearshore team (2 nd level) in our international shared service center remotely


• Perform hands on 3rd level support in daily operations, mainly for SAP


• Single point of contact for support related IT service management tools, mainly ServiceNow and SAP Solution Manager


• Ensure consistency and functionality of IT service management tools in collaboration with external tool partners, including change of functionalities, interfaces or upgrades


• Ensure service level agreements and prepare SLA reports towards management

Requirements:

• Education degree in IT, business administration or similar (FH / University)


• Minimum of 3 years of experience as support manager or similar


• Good knowledge of integrative SAP processes, ideally in discrete industries


• Ability to perform hands on support in at least one SAP module, such as MM, PP, authorizations or other


• Fluent in English and German language, French language skills preferred but not mandatory


• Team spirit and professional communication skills
