International Business Development Manager
































The role of International Business Development Manager is a critical role for the growth of our Company. There is considerable potential to grow our current market share worldwide with both new and existing customer accounts. This growth will come both from geographical expansion and from developing our sales networks in existing markets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales revenue through developing direct customer accounts with existing and new customers. The role is suited to a confident and organized professional, who has worked in a similar role.
Your duties and responsibilities


  • Maintains frequent contact with international distribution partners

  • Implementation of frequent business reviews (Video call) and yearly conversations (on site)

  • Planning and Coordination of the implemented marketing instruments

  • Designs and recommends international sales and marketing programs

  • Meeting and beating of the annual budget expectations

  • Represents the brand KWC on international events

  • Develops and maintains international business contacts

  • Negotiation and elaboration of partner contracts

  • Works closely with the Customer Care Center, Product Management, Marketing and Production team to ensure customer requirements

  • Monitors and analyzes the competitor- and market situation

  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate international markets

  • Creates and conducts presentations to dealers, international customers and internal staff

  • Develops key relationships with international customers

  • Open to travel up to 30%

Your personality


  • The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to persuade in an international sales environment

  • Experience within the sanitary market preferred, fluency in English and German. Knowledge in another related language is a major plus

  • 5+ years business industry and 3+ years international experience with an emphasis on international business development is a must

  • Strong communication and presentation skills and thorough knowledge various international cultures

  • Customer service oriented and organized
