Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Media Content and Communications, IATA Training, the incumbent will help create and update communication tools to promote and/or update IATA Training courses.
Update product sheets and other material following IATA's updated branding guidelines.
Film and edit promotional or course content videos.
Help maintain the iata.org/training website.
Help maintain IATA Training's presence on social media.
Recent University graduate in Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; persistent and positive can-do approach;
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
Ability to think openly, imaginatively and creatively; must enjoy working in a fast-paced, high workload environment;
Highly computer literate: advanced level on Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop and video editing software. Familiar with Sharepoint.
Excellent English skills (verbal & written), knowledge of other languages an asset.
