We Offer
Working within General Counsel and closely with Credit Suisse’s International Wealth Management and Swiss Universal Bank project streams, front desks and trading & sales professionals for a broad variety of stakeholders based around the world
Being part of and contribute to a highly motivated international team of experienced legal professionals in a diverse environment
Responsibility for development of procedures, guidelines, templates and other related tools needed to implement a globally consistent approach to drafting and negotiation of OTC legal documentation, including quality assurance
Monitoring of process controls, including developing a quality assurance plan for project teams of legal experts and project support in relation to documentation and negotiation processes, identifying key control points and designing appropriate control measures
Maintaining oversight of regulatory developments, leveraging appropriate areas within the bank and externally via trade bodies and external counsel for implementation into legal documentation
You Offer
Swiss Law degree or equivalent from a common law jurisdiction
Basic know-how, including regulatory requirements, relating to OTC derivative transactions and related documentation, Professional experience in the OTC field would be an asset
Fluency in English or German, French is a plus
You are a dedicated problem solver with a can-do approach and strong analytical skills that enable you to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment, including handling outside counsel
A collaborative, flexible, team-orientated personality, highly motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
