  • You a challenging role in Group Messaging Services which is the global competence center and single point of contact for all financial messaging usage and development within Credit Suisse

  • Pursuing a full service approach for financial messaging including interbank as well as direct contact with external end-clients 

  • You to handle the technical setup, advise external clients as well as the operation of the private SWIFT Network and SWIFT for Corporates Infrastructure

  • You to contribute to the projects to further develop the products private SWIFT network and SWIFT for Corporates

  • A close collaboration with external and internal clients (Product Management, IT, SWIFT Users)


You Offer

 

  • Financial or commercial background and strong analytical and solution development skills

  • Experience in Banking and Finance, with Messaging and SWIFT as an advantage

  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

  • Excellent German and English-speaking and writing skills

  • Personal integrity, initiative and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignment.
