As part of the Materials Management Leadership Team based in Kaiseraugst and reporting to the Head of Materials Management, you will be responsible for leading the Systems Business Management team. The team includes the functions of SAP Business Support, MES Business Management, Materialflow Business Management and MIS Site Reporting and is accountable to ensure the systems are set-up in order to support a robust planning, filling, packaging, release and distribution process.

In this role, you will be leading several teams (leading leaders) and you will be responsible for ensuring a close collaboration of the teams within your area of responsibility. Additionally you will be responsible for aligning with IT, Engineering, Stertle Manufacturing, Packaging Operations, Quality and the Materials Management Packaging Planning Units, the Filling Unit and Procurement and for providing input for process and system improvements.

Your further responsibilities are:

• Lead and develop the teams within Systems Business Management (including an external maintenance team) according to the Roche Leadership Principles as well as identify, develop and coach high potential candidates for the organization


• Continuously challenge and optimize the processes within area of responsibility and ensure harmonization of processes and tools across the teams


• Establish Key Performance Indicator targets and support internal performance review and monitoring of processes and continuous improvement of internal and external processes with the help ofthe KPI dashboard


• Responsible for the budget and account for sub departmental cost center (including costs for the external maintenance team)


• Ensure GMP compliance within Systems Business Management

You have a Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years relevant experience either in Supply Chain, Logistics or production site role(s} and you are an experienced leader.
