For our Headquarters in Basel we are currently looking for a Global Training & Education Manager to join our team.
The Global Training & Education Manager is responsible for the successful commercialization of our products and solutions from a training and education perspective. In this role he/she is instrumental in enabling our staff, speakers and our different customer groups to understand, properly use and where applicable, effectively sell our products by using consistent, high-quality and up-to-date blended learning formats. The Global Training & Education Manager Digital reports to the Head of Global Training and Education.


Your tasks


Work with Product Managers, Customer Solution Managers and others (e.g., medical marketing, clinical advisors and external speakers) to develop and provide consistent, scalable and didactically sound learning objectives, and content for different target groups and for existing and new products/solutions


Define method to effectively manage, keep up-to-date and deploy learning content, including central repository for subsidiaries, internal and external speakers to access learning content


Use clinical expertise to support product development with handling and usage in different clinical scenario


Support PMs/CSMs in developing T&E concepts during early project phase


Conduct and/or support courses in general.


Your profile



  • Graduate in Dentistry with a specialization on Prosthodontics and/or

  • Lab Technician degree.

  • Specialization in digital workflows is an advantage.

  • 2-year experience with lecturing and conducting hands-on classroom trainings.

  • Preferably surgical experience, sound understanding of the fundamentals of Implantology (ITI SAC Classification), patient assessment and treatment planning.

  • Is competent and confident with working with online-based applications and MS Office programs (Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel etc. )

  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, experience in adult education is an advantage

  • Fluency in English is a must, any other language is an asset
