For our Headquarters in Basel we are currently looking for a Global Customer Education Manager to join our Training & Education Team.
The Global Program Manager Training & Education is responsible for the successful commercialization of our products and solutions from a training and education perspective. This means identifying and evaluating new educational opportunities, developing new concepts and curricula as well as their commercialization.

Your tasks

• Define global Straumann educational curricula as blueprints for local adaptation.


• Identify, collect and assess staff educational needs; define and develop suitable blended learning mix for each target group with special focus on online learning platforms; develop capabilities of online learning and assessment tools, and tailor learning pathways to respective skill level to optimize classroom time


• Define method to effectively manage, keep up-to-date and deploy learning content, including central repository for subsidiaries, internal and external speakers to access learning content


• Use clinical expertise to support product development with handling and usage in different clinical scenarios

• Support PMs/CSMs in developing T&E concepts during early project phase


• Conduct and/or support courses in general

Your profile

• Graduate in Dentistry, Marketing and/or Education or similar


• Operational experience in medical device industry in education and/or marketing


• Experience in relationship management


• Graduate degree in business (MBA) is an advantage


• Is competent and confident with working with online-based applications, MS Office programs (Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel etc.) and blended learning methods.


• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, experience in adult education is an advantage


• Fluency in English is a must, any other language is an asset
