Finance Responsibilities

  • Handling the full financial administration of the MBA Programme (annual audits, remuneration to lecturers and trainers, expenses of team members, etc.)

  • Managing the payment and invoicing process

  • Managing the MBA student loan programme (analysing loan applications of potential MBA students, tracking monthly payments incl. dunning process, etc.)

  • Liaising with internal and external partners including accounting department and Executive School of Management, Technology and Law of the University of St.Gallen


HR Responsibilities

  • Dealing with administrative and HR questions of MBA team members (team of 18)

  • Managing time and attendance system

  • Handling the on- and off-boarding process of team members (handling of contracts, work visa, reference letters, etc.)

  • Liaising with internal partners including HR department of the University of St. Gallen and Executive School of Management, Technology and Law of the University of St.Gallen


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' accounting, finance and HR experience

  • SAP and Microsoft Office Knowledge

  • Ability to work independently and in a reliable, responsible and discreet manner

  • Strong service-oriented skills and ability to prioritize and perform a variety of tasks within short deadlines

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Driven personality with a confident and professional manner

  • Team player with ability to work well in an international team

  • Fluent in English and German (writing and speaking)
