For the Center of Radiopharmaceutical Sciences we are looking for a
Technical Specialist
Your tasks
Your area of responsibility includes the development of chemical separation methods and targetry, as well as device maintenance and laboratory management. A central part of the work will be assistance in the production of radionuclides (targetry and separation), development of radionuclide production (including engineering and automation) and supervision of students and apprentices. Analytical knowledge (e.g., HPLC, UV, ICP) is vital; handling of radioactivity is desirable, but not essential.
Your profile
You have a college or university degree (preferably Master or PhD) in chemistry as well as related work experience. Interest in research and development, the desire to take responsibility of running a laboratory and passion for science are important to us. You are flexible, versatile and highly motivated to work on competitive projects. You are reliable and will do your job as part of an existing team. You can speak and write fluent German, have solid English language skills and you are computer literate.
