We Offer
The possibility to join the ambitious and highly motivated e-Connectivity Sales team within International Trading Solutions (ITS) in the Global Markets Division which plays a central role in growing our e-business in the Private Banking, Corporate and Institutional client segment.
As part of our E-Connectivity Sales team, you are the main point of contact for Relationship Managers (RM) and external client requests related to access and use of Credit Suisse proprietary and third-party trading platforms for Equity, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Structured Products and Traded Options and Financial Futures.
An inclusive position in which you assess impact of regulatory reform across client segments, products and e-channels and implement changes to business practices arising from regulatory projects such as: Volcker, Dodd Frank, MIFID II, FinfraG, etc.
You get the opportunity to improve your presentation and sales skills by closely interacting with internal and external clients when participating in events to promote our e-tool offering.
You take ownership and perform high quality on- and off-boarding of clients on cross asset e-tools.
Monitoring client activities and following up where appropriate and sharing reports with management and respective ITS Product Sales desks..
You take care of the organization and performance of user trainings, get actively involved in e-commerce related projects and conduct competitor analyses.
Close collaboration with relevant RMs, Investment Consultants, ITS Product Sales Teams and e-Services Team in acquiring and supporting clients.
By partnering and interacting with diverse teams internally and externally you have the chance to build your Credit Suisse network and create great development opportunities in the electronic trading space.
You Offer
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
You bring prior experience in the e-Sales area with a comprehensive understanding of Listed Products, FX and Structured Products
Strong communication skills in English, German or any other languages would be a plus
You are highly focused and committed person able to multi-task with attention to detail and work in a challenging and demanding environment
You possess excellent analytical skills and are comfortable working with a wide range of computer systems (advanced knowledge of Excel is an advantage)
Being a person with strong interpersonal skills, a positive work ethic and a drive to learn new things enables you to deliver high quality results on time while contributing to our team's success.
