  • A great opportunity to make an impact in a challenging role as Junior Project Manager Employer Branding. You are part of a team that develops and executes employer branding strategies for Human Resources (HR) recruitment teams globally

  • A role to manage existing employer branding communication channels and explore new ways of engaging internal and external target audiences

  • The possibility to manage metrics, support data analysis and reporting to the Senior Management

  • The opportunity to partner with HR and Marketing to help define the employer branding strategy, and to develop strategic marketing plans and activate those plans to strengthen our position as employer of choice

  • The ability to create exciting, relevant and differentiating content to build the Credit Suisse employer brand (e.g. videos, articles, social media content) from idea through to production

  • The chance to collaborate with HR, Marketing, Corporate Communications and other teams to execute aligned marketing and communication campaigns


 


You Offer

 

  • Min. 5 years’ of experience in a large global bank or financial industry

  • Education in Marketing and 2-3 years of experience in branding or marketing roles

  • Spoken and written fluency in English; German is a strong plus

  • Track record in marketing project management and the ability to think strategically / conceptually, and be flexible in the face of evolving team needs and project priorities

  • The ability to work with global, interdisciplinary teams as well as with the Senior Management and act as a Subject Matter Expert for internal stakeholders

  • Experience in delivering marketing across all communication channels, including print, web, social media, advertising and events

  • Experience in working with digital and social media campaigns and reporting/metrics is a plus

  • A winning and open personality with excellent interpersonal skills combined with an outstanding ability to communicate

  • Personal integrity, with the initiative and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and the passion to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
