Leads, executes and continuously improves skyguide’s project portfolio management.
Organizes and coordinates the set-up, the validation by C-level management and the maintenance of the corporate project portfolio.
Establishes and aligns the project portfolio resource requirements in line with the prioritized portfolio and implementation plans.
Ensures the alignment of the skyguide’s project portfolio plan with financial planning and the company strategy, as well as with external roadmaps and commitments (LSSIP / PCP / ATM Masterplan / SESAR).
Guides and coaches portfolio account managers / project controllers for portfolio relevant matters.
Ensures the effectiveness of the programme / project portfolio governance and controlling.
YOUR PROFILE
University or Master degree in a technical or business domain.
Experience in a leading function for project portfolio management, ideally in a traversal position for portfolios combining both, traditional and agile components.
Interpersonal competencies to act as coach and challenger.
At ease in working in complex matrix / cross-functional positions.
Certification in project, program and / or portfolio management in one of the recognized standards.
Fluent in German and / or French and very good command in English.
Knowledge / good understanding of the main project management approaches (traditional and agile).
