Assistant to the Chief HR Officer

For the Group Human Resources department in our Headquarters in Winterthur we are looking for an experienced and highly dedicated


 


Assistant to the Chief HR Officer


 


In this position, you perform a variety of secretarial, administrative and project-related duties for the Chief HR Officer and assigned HR leadership team.


 


Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities



  • Provide high quality administrative support to CHRO, both in day-to-day tasks (scheduling of appointments, agenda management, etc.) as well as in projects

  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources Leadership team; assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

  • Organize events (HR meetings, conferences and webinars) and domestic and international travel for CHRO and HR team

  • Preparation of HR presentations, statistics and reports as well as written correspondence

  • Support implementation of global HR processes as well as other concepts and guidelines

  • Act as substitute for other Executive Assistants, in particular the Assistant of the Board of Directors


 


Your Profile



  • Degree in administration and equivalent work experience with 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant in an international dynamic environment

  • Able to work with a diverse and international team and stakeholder environment on higher management level (C-Level and Board of Directors)

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

  • Good judgment and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands

  • High energy level and proactive, hands-on working style

  • Strong organizational skills in order to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Possess project coordination skills and experience sufficient to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, every other language (especially German) is an asset
