Relationship Manager Affluent ClientsZurich, Crypto Desk & Direct Clients

The ideal candidate will assume the following key responsibilities:

• Managing own affluent client portfolio


• Independent handling of electronical, physical and verbal client orders in English and German


• Interaction with clients mainly via mail and telephone correspondence


• Execution of stock exchange, payment orders and foreign exchange transactions


• Ensuring compliance and due diligence standards


• Regulatory responsibilities (AML alerts) and maintenance of client documentations


• Managing our Staff Accounts

The preferred skills for this position include:

• Banking apprenticeship with several years of experience in Retail or Private Banking


• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)


• Good MS Office skills, Avaloq know how a plus


• Understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology advantageous


• Communicative and motivated team player


• Fast learner with a high service oriented working style
