Issuing inquiries and requesting of offers for mechanical and electrical components
Establishing the comparison of quotations according to technical and commercial requirements in cooperation with the project team
Negotiating and Placing orders at the selected suppliers by the use of SAP, considering the internal guidelines and basis criteria's
Following the orders and organise a proper Control of Supply process depending on the complexity and the requirements of the part
Actively ensure the proper data quality within the ERP System by updating the progress reports, order confirmations, good received, costs and delivery times and the release of payment as a basis for the KPI calculation
Closing the order in the system
Leading the claim management in corporation with the project team
Supporting the project teams in procurement related topics
Maintain and develop supplier relationship
Technical education with competence in the procurement and commercial field
Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, knowledge of the hydraulic sector is a real asset
Experience on the international procurement market
French and English are essential for the success of this mission, Spanish and italian is a real asset
