Your tasks:


Product and Relationship Management
Oversee the development and maintenance of competitive retail installment programs, residual value financing products, insurance products, dealer credit offerings and corresponding pricing. Negotiate and align with MPC Switzerland and field organization in the development and implementation of special incentive programs, which support tactical and strategic sales targets along with market share objectives.



Manage the development of attractive aftermarket products that drive customer loyalty, dealer profitability and fee income for MBFS CH. New Product and Business Development, work closely together with the Brand Partner and dealers. Perform market research to stay abreast of current and future product and product portfolio developments, trends and practices in the business always under the Guideline of Daimler. Develop new products and sales channels to cover white spots and to grow business potential.



Drive and monitor acquisition volume and other targets. Jointly develop and implement sales & marketing plan, strategy, and review with MPC Switzerland. Establish MBFS as the preferred financial services partner for our brand partners, dealers and customers. Collaborate closely with the Brand Partner to enhance cooperation and alignment, initiating & overseeing the development of new products and programs to support them building their business/ selling vehicles. Implement DFS DRM and CRM strategy and best practice processes. Meet and exceed DFS Dealer and Customer Satisfaction Index Targets.




Sales Systems
Drive the evolution of the dealer point of sale portal by embracing technologies that help eliminate contract discrepancies and further paperless processing of loan and lease applications. Provide dealers with a wide array of tools that enable them to compete more effectively and that make MBFS CH their financial services provider of first choice. Define MBFS CH self-service strategy, providing customers with state-of-the-art tools to manage their accounts and, in turn, helping MBFS realize corresponding process efficiencies. Furthermore, the development of cutting-edge mobile technology is an integral part of the responsibility.




Leadership
Be part of the MBFS CH leadership team and the board of MBCH FS and therefore part of the strategic and operative development of MBFS CH. Lead, motivate and develop allocated employees by target agreements and performance evaluations on the basis of the mission statement. Ensure training and development plans in place to support employees to achieve their full potential. Ensure target-oriented internal communication and task related qualification. Provide for employee and task related qualification on compliance requirements. Ensure the achievement of agreed targets. Promote diversity and inclusion and foster a culture of pride, passion and innovation. Provide clear communication and direction of the company’s strategies to ensure employees are able and desirous to contribute to the company’s goal of being a Great Place to Work.

Your profile:



  • At least 5 years’ experience within a similar position

  • 10 years'+ experience in managing, leading and coaching teams

  • Several years' experience in the automotive industry

  • Educated ideally to degree level with focus in Finance, Economics or Business equivalent qualification EMBA preferable every other / further education is a plus

  • Automotive retail Leasing experience with a strong Background in Marketing to direct and indirect audience

  • Broad understanding of Financial Service landscape in Switzerland

  • Ability to define organizational objectives

  • Strong understanding of customer, dealer, market dynamics and requirements

  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of diverse professionals

  • Proven ability to oversee complex marketing programs, projects, and initiatives

  • Great communication skills and the ability to innovate

  • German and English language skills indispensable (French language skills is a plus)

  • Participation in trainings mandatory for this Position
