UI/UX - Digital Graphic Designer - Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic person willing to start an internship at our fast growing
young company in digital health. As a digital graphic designer intern, you will be part of the
Product team, working under the supervision and in close collaboration with the Interaction
Designer, Content designer and the Product Managers. Your internship role will be mainly
oriented to visual design, but very close to UX and Interaction design.

This is a great opportunity to take part of the Digital Health revolution, designing for cross-
media platforms with the highest and finest design standards, and having a very complete
experience in Product Development, from the conception to the implementation.
We will be happy to have a motivated person in our team, willing to learn and to collaborate
in the various tasks related to design in the company.

Your Role

• Creation of detailed UI mockups for mobile and web features using Sketch.


• Graphic conceptual work and production of new features/improvements for
  our products.


• Artwork creation for cross-platform assets.


• Support to our customers in UI&UX design requirements.


• Support to the developers on the graphical assets needed for development.


• Occasionally support the marketing team contributing to the design of
  digital/print visuals.

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled (within the last 12 months) in the field of
  Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a similar field.


• You have a design portfolio that demonstrates design principles for web and/or
  mobile platforms and an understanding of usability and cross-platform consistency.


• Understanding of user-centered design principles ,with the ability to apply brand
  visual assets in a user interface context.


• You have passion and eye for UI-layer polish/detail.


• You have basic knowledge of and big interest in UX methodologies.


• You are advanced using Adobe Creative Suite.


• You are advanced using Sketch.


• You are fluent in English .German is a plus.


• You are a creative and collaborative team player.


• You like to work in close collaboration with diverse people, but you are also
  autonomous and independent.


• You don't fear to ask (good) questions, neither to accept and give (critical) feedback.


• You have a good sense of humor, curiosity and motivation to learn and to grow.

Time Requirements

• +/- 6 months’ internship.


• Part-time possible 50-80%


• Possibility to potentially get hired after internship.


• Starting date: Q4 2018
