Job-description

To strengthen the team, our Wireless and Sensing Business Unit is currently looking for a RF module architect. You will have the opportunity to work from specification and system level study to design implementation and qualification of the true ultra-low power designs in close collaboration with customer and production support team. We are looking for an experienced professional motivated to drive design, methodology and best practices with a direct effect on product performance and BU bottom line.
Requirements: 

• Low-power RF module design/architecture experience with integration of the latest in wireless IoT chipsets and low-power sensor technologies


• Direct experience and understanding of the challenges and impact of

  • Mechanical and Electrical design
  
  
  • Materials selection
  
  
  • Embedded software.
  
  


• Design of RF circuits including antenna matching and filter networks


• Hands on lab experience with the latest state-of-the-art equipment


• Experience with world-wide wireless product certification


• Strong customer interaction skills and experience


• Strong understanding of wireless systems and communication protocols (experience in Bluetooth Low-Energy would be a plus)


• Leader in his field and with good team work skills

• Work with customers and team members on product specifications and architecture


• Perform state-of-the-art ultra-low power design implementation


• Work with team to transfer design to high-volume manufacturing, working with process development engineers to meet product needs


• Work with team to ensure product is meeting product requirements; and achieving qualification and customer satisfactionCollaborate with others sites in US, Prague, and Bangkok, and others Business Units to improve synergy on methodology and share best practices

• Strong autonomy in his field and capability for team work


• Ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in a constructive and data-driven approach


• Min. Masters in electrical / electronic engineering


• At least 5-7 years experience in similar position and industry


• Used to work in multicultural team settings

Professional requirements

• A strong candidate has several years of low-power RF module design experience and he is eager to participate to all steps of product development, from definition to ramp up


• Bluetooth low-energy experience

Language Skills

• Fluency in English is a must


• Any other language, especially french would be an asset
