JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Steer the determination of requirements for multidimensional projects; monitor clarification of work orders and objectives between business and IT
Plan and design the project and proactively monitor its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action on a daily basis, making decisions within predefined tolerances
Request a change of tolerances and execute the project change management process
Be responsible for all project processes and documentation according to (IT) project management standards (STAR Guide) / PRINCE2 in the tools selected for that purpose
Guarantee adequate reporting and communication throughout the project with multiple stakeholders in business and IT
Demonstrate leadership by guiding, encouraging and motivating teams within area of responsibility
Assess and safeguard performance of internal and external team members. Start corrective action and decide on replacement in case of lacking performance
Mitigate risk by assessing possible risks and take countermeasures
Ensure delivery of new products and services provide the expected benefits and are on time and within budget. Ensure a project outcome that achieves the benefits outlined in the Business Case.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
5 - 10 years experience in similar positions
Good analytical thinking to assess different scenarios
Excellent skills to assess business performance in general: root-cause analysis for development or recovery, set-up and follow-up of actions, hereby delegating and motivating People
Excellent understanding of business processes and a modern IT environment
High affinity to structure and processes Know how to work in a matrix organization in a private corporate environment
Proficient Know-how of different tools in the area of project management Profound experience in deployment of applications
Extremely clear target orientation Ability and willingness to take over responsibilities
Ability to work in a dynamic organization (from elements of a family business to a corporation)
Good social skills to engage people to fight for a cause
Good collaboration competencies to maximize exchange in the organization
