  • A key position in our Corporate Finance team within the Structured Transaction Group at Credit Suisse

  • You would be joining an international team providing Investment Banking services to ultra-high net-worth clients: strong focus on mid cap club deals between European Family Equity Investors, Family owned and founder led companies

  • You take over the responsibility for delivery of strategic dialogue and sector input on family owned companies

  • Preparation of client presentations and pitches

  • You take part in advisory activities and M&A deal execution (drafting of marketing and transaction materials, due diligence, data room processing)

  • Participating in the company and industry analysis, valuation and financial modelling

  • Contribution to the origination and execution of corporate finance, M&A and lending transactions

  • You coordinate transaction processes with clients, management, investors and other advisors

  • Direct exposure to and active engagement with our most wealthy private clients

  • You have the chance to collaborate close with Investment Banking and Private Banking groups across all regions


 


You Offer

 

  • Completed studies of a Top University degree (bachelor or master) in finance, economics or accounting

  • You possess a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience either in Transaction Services of a Big Four or M&A in an international bank

  • Your transaction experience in M&A or leveraged finance allows you to contribute to the team's success

  • Excellent analytical, modelling and accounting skills

  • You are a dedicated personality with excellent social and communication skills

  • Pro-active, fast, crisp and accurate with a strategic mindset

  • High self-motivation, independence and solid work ethics

  • You possess fluent German and English skills, French would be a plus
