Responsibilities
Lead Nurturing & email marketing:
• Lead team of email marketing specialists at vendor
• Work collaboratively with marketing leaders and sales team to develop email marketing campaigns that increase conversion rates, engagement, and drive measurable pipeline
• Segment target audience and choose relevant content for automated emails
• Analyze email campaign performance, run tests to optimize email content, layouts, campaign logic
• Manage email campaign calendar to support email campaign needs across different business departments
• Design, assemble and execute automated nurture flows for both customers and net-new prospects, including entry and transition logic and rules, track-specific treatment considerations, and disposition (routing) of leads that re-enter an active demand state
• Oversee the flawless execution of batch and trigger email campaigns
• Leverage experience with A/B and multivariate testing to continually optimize impact of campaign efforts
• Define segmentation criteria to manage lead lists and contact groups for nurture programs.
Lead management:
• Collaborate with Sales on lead routing and service-level agreements (lead definitions, lead acceptance/rejection reasons and disqualification reasons that feed into appropriate nurture streams when applicable)
• Work closely with sales team colleagues to ensure timely follow-up on nurtured leads that (re) enter an active demand state
• Optimize core marketing systems for lead generation by integrating automation system throughout digital marketing platforms, as well as CRM, ensuring system is fully integrated and optimized to generate, score, nurture, distribute, and report on leads
Professional Skills & Experience
• Degree qualified.
• 4 to 7 years of e-mail / nurture marketing experience
• Experience with one or more of the leading marketing automation platforms
• Understanding of marketing automation integration capabilities into CRM and website infrastructure desirable
• People management experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Data driven
