Legal Advisor (40-60%)

Starting date: December 1st, 2018 or upon agreement

YOUR ROLE:

In this position, you will join us in understanding international drone regulations and assess their impact on our current activity and future products. You will report directly to the Finance & Legal Director. You will be interacting closely with the Sales & Marketing and R&D departments to understand the specific needs of our activity.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

• Review, negotiate and draft contracts and non-disclosure agreements for our suppliers and customers based on our standards


• Maintain the contract database and trademarks portfolio


• Assist our R&D Department on product certification needs


• Draw up and review internal policies and procedures


• Research of international regulation within the UAV environment and its impact for Flyability


• Monitor and search regulatory changes


• Provide legal support to other departments and external counsels

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Law 


• Fluency in English, French or any other language an asset 


• An organized, autonomous and proactive attitude


• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor your own workload


• Interest in high-technology and startup environments
