Responsible for Mazor X  Spinal Robot and Surgical Synergies in Spine. Mazor X allows us to perform 3D planning, robotic-guided execution and real-time Op verification of the planned surgical goals completing the full circle of surgical synergy.  This is how we drive value through our unique integration of spinal therapies, and expertise to produce better clinical and economical outcomes for our surgeons, their hospitals and their patients


Develops and directs Product management and Product marketing activities for therapies dedicated to spinal surgeries. Establishes pan-European strategies required to meet financial objectives of sales, market share and margins. Develops and executes marketing plans in conjunction with global strategic objectives and product portfolio management. Supports sales organization and local marketing organization in developing and implementing local tactical marketing plans.  Objective is to grow Medtronic Market share and to contribute to the growth of the market maintaining strong product lines profitability.


 


 


A Day in the Life


 


·      Contributes to the establishment of the annual goals and objectives for the Mazor X and the Surgical Synergy team


·      Brings support to set up and develop annual Business plans to grow Mazor Robotics across EMEA


·      Delivering financial reporting and analytics on Mazor success


·      Supports the downstream sales organisation in driving capital sales and leveraging the spinal procedures


·      Drives easier access to technology through cross business directives and development of sales opportunities and pricing models


·      Development of Mazor X educational and marketing material and dissemination to the sales organisation


·      Relationship management through development of Mazor X KOL platform, VIP visits and visiting surgeon program


·      Meets with customers regularly to assess future market needs, as well as to maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders.Should also identify and support product strategies.


·      Maintains frequent and continuous communication with sales force regarding competitive activities as well as initiatives relating to competitive product lines.


·      Works closely with the US Division to ensure Market development and promotion of Mazor X on a global basis.


·      Identifies business growth opportunities and potential unmet customer requirements and provide vision and focus to move ideas to marketplace.


·      Supports the different regions (EMEA, mainly WE) in cooperation with the Local Product Specialists and Field Support Specialists


·      Assures local input to plans and programs including product launches, new product development, pricing and promotional programs and training needs.


·      Supports regional activities for promotion and public relations, including support for Medical meetings.


·      Assures alignment in other functional areas such as research, clinical development, education, reimbursement and sales.


·      Administrates and manages expense budget for his therapies/programs within approved limits.


 


Must Have: Minimum Requirements


 


·      B.A or Masters degree 


·      Minimum 3 years experience in sales, marketing or finance analyses – business focused, with consistent strong performance. Experience in Capital equipment mandatory


·      Advanced IT skills in MS Office, i.e. MS Excel / Access


·      English fluent


·      Strong in product management or market development


·      Ability to plan, manage and execute projects within budget on schedule


·      Ability to build relationships internally and externally


·      Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute introduction of new products into the market


·      Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work cooperatively with local sales reps and local organization


·      Strong organizational skill


·      Creativity


·      Ability to work co-operatively in a matrix environment


·      Team builder and shaper


 


Nice to have


 


·      M.B.A  (or potential candidate)


·      Experience in imaging and capital equipment sales and technical support
