Our new innovative IT services organization is HPE Pointnext. We have the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers’ outcomes from their digital transformation.

We are looking for a Solution Architect - Offshore who:

Coordinates offshore team in India to ensure the quality of their deliverables and ensure given time lines in our BizTalk projects.

Manages the assigned projects within budget and ensure all involved parties are aligned to achieve targets.

Is the leadership person, that is the main interface to the customer and to the offshore teams in India with a size around 40 to 50 employees.

Identify and address technical or operational risks.

Education and Experience Required:

5 to 10 years industry experience, Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Proofed experience in managing offshore team.

Knowledge and Skills:

Deep understanding of Microsoft BizTalk and .Net.

Profound skills in general programming.

Practicing designs and implementations of BizTalk solutions.

Excellent management and leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills required (English).

Excellent understanding of the cultural of Indian employees.
