Global Quality System Manager
Our global quality & regulatory organization starts a journey to come together into one cross-functional, collaborative operating unit to employ the full breadth of our talent, technologies, products, services, and solutions to address the needs of customers and patients across the globe. This strategic role will interface with multi-cultural/multi country locations and the primary responsibility is to develop and manage compliance, effective and efficient Corporate Quality System.

Your tasks



  • Develop, maintain and update global quality system documentation (policy, guidelines, SOP, template)

  • Coordinate the deployment of the quality system at our main facilities

  • Support FDA/ISO13485/MDSAP audit/inspection of main Sonova sites

  • Develop and deploy training and communication materials regarding the quality management system

  • Execute or participate to core quality activities regarding CAPA, management review, complaint, internal audit, change control, documentation control, validation, traceability

Your profile



  • University degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management or related field of study

  • Strong Quality Management experience supporting large, multi-site, global organizations in life science industry with significant exposure to requirements of ISO 13485, CFR 820, GMP, GDP, MDSAP

  • Self-driven personality with high analytical and conceptual thinking as well as excellent interpersonal skills

  • Highly goal-oriented and problem solving, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to perform in a complex, global environment

  • Very good English skills, German and other languages are an asset
