Position description

Swiss WorldCargo is the cargo division of Swiss International Air Lines Ltd., focusing on airport-to-airport care-intensive logistic solutions. Headquartered at Zurich Airport, Swiss WorldCargo serves over 120 destinations in more than 80 countries. Our network of air services is supplemented by daily truck connections between key business centers. The “products, services and technology” team is responsible for translating the strategy and customer requirements into sellable services, and ensuring that technological capabilities are in place.

Your Duties

• Support the team in when it comes to strategic initiatives in the pharmaceutical, eCommerce and customer experience areas


• Contribute to the development of new service/product features


• Support the prototyping of new features

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing


• Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)


• Fluent in English


• Comfortable with team work but also able to work as a self-starter


• Analytical and also creative and conceptual thinker


• Solid communication and social skills
