In this role, you will be part of our global IT team within a dynamic organization and you will have the possibility to contribute to shaping the cyber function. Your tasks will mainly include:

 

• Understand and work with the business as well as alongside the CISO to identify, define and implement cyber security requirements for the global organization


• Support the infrastructure and software engineering team in the design and implementation of secure architectures


• Develop leading-edge technical solutions and procedures to mitigate today's security threats


• Perform in-depth analysis of security related monitoring events and define follow up activities


• Engage in and coordinate cyber reviews and penetration tests


• Ensure that the company knows as much as possible, as quickly as possible about security threats and incidents (internal/ external)


• Write comprehensive and analytical management reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further improvement


• Design and conduct awareness trainings for the firm


• Network with recognized experts outside the firm to facilitate knowledge transfer

 

What we expect

For this new opportunity, we are looking for an analytical person who would enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced organization. The successful candidate should have the following profile:

 

• Engineering degree (Bachelor, Master a plus) in IT and specialization in cyber security


• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a security engineer


• Hands-on experience in security systems including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.


• Solid experience in IT infrastructure (virtualization, security and network services)


• Responsive and adaptive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment


• Service oriented, accurate, effective and independent working style, even under pressure


• Driven and self-motivated person with good communication skills in English (written/oral)
