Your responsibilities

• Realisation of job dispositions with respect of PA department general regulations


• Participation in the continuous improvement process of the Quality department


• Contact point of PA organisation for customers and subcontractors


• Preparation and carry out of customer and subcontractors meetings


• Flow-down of PA requirements coming from customer in the design phase


• Preparation of PA documentation for the main reviews


• PA task manager for qualification and acceptance tests and during manufacturing phase


• Preparation of acceptance documentation for the customer according to project requirements (on-time, on quality delivery)


• PA support for test


• Performance of MIP/ KIP inspections


• Support for documentation and correct handling of NCR, RFW, RFD


• Follow-up of level 2 actions (Lessons Learnt, internal/ external audits, preventative actions)

Your profile

• University degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or similar


• Min. 4 years’ experience in the Product Assurance in space projects


• Knowledge of space management standards (ECSS-M) including configuration


• Technical understanding of space quality standards (ECSS-Q, PSS, MIL); EEE components know-how is a nice-to-have


• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN 9100 environment


• Advanced level of English; German is a strong asset


• Formation as internal auditor is a strong asset


• Dynamic, proactive person, able to manage different projects in parallel


• Rigorous in his/her daily work but also able to understand other stakeholders’ constraints and constructively interface with them


• Able to cope with emotions and stress


• Positive, solution-oriented person
