Deine Aufgaben

• Management of the financial services of the group in cooperation with the shared service center in Warsaw / Poland.


• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly and annual basis (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) in close collaboration with Group Accounting/Consolidation.


• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures


• Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risks are minimized


• Monitor Group internal control system


• Provide technical finance and accounting support including training and development of the employees

Dein Profil

• Professional Finance Qualification e.g. certified public accountant or statutory auditor


• Professional experience in the field of 6-10 years


• Strong understanding of Business models; Transaction flows; SAP Loyal, team-oriented personality with a quick grasp and hands-on mentality


• Fluently in English and German, any other European language would be an asset


• Proactive, flexible with a high sense of responsibility


• Ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
