In this role, you will ensure the execution of the Office channel strategy, seeking high visibility and best-in-class service. You will also have to define and implement commercial & marketing activities to achieve yearly objectives and budget. Key responsibilities
Lead, monitor and motivate the Distribution network (Exclusive Distributors, Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives)
Consolidation and analysis of the Monthly sales results and reporting of commercial and marketing activities
Coordinate and manage all sales-related activities of Key Account sales force
Represent the company in negotiation of contract with larger key accounts
Seek market insights an business needs to maintain high service level; define and organize the training plan for Sales Forces on Commercial Excellence and sales speeches
Identify growth driver in Office Channel and launch adequate project to generate additional sale
Required Profile
Professional education or University degree in Marketing or Commercial field
At least 3 years’ experience in sales or similar position
Good knowledge of financial (budget, sales statistics)
Strong negotiation skills
Fluency in French & German/Italian with good knowledge of English
