We are looking for an experienced professional with a combination commercial and residential real estate knowledge.
The Senior Credit Officer works closely together with the Front Office team and credit departments of other entities in order to give support in the implementation of new credits or reviews maintenance process.
He/she will be working on the identification and analysis of financial figures and reports with a focus on selected markets.
He/she will liaise with external parties, e.g. legal counsels and appraisers.
The main tasks will consist of preparation and control of credit requests/reviews according to credit competencies along with the implementation and monitoring of the credit decisions taken.
Profiles
University degree in a relevant field and/or education in business administration or finance. Higher financial education (CFA) would be advantageous
At least 10 years of working experience as a credit professional
Very good computer skills (Work, Excel, Powerpoint, Avaloq)
Language skills : English, French and German
Team player; Ability to work with various stakeholders; Customer orientation, service-oriented
