The Team also supports the Division in administrative matters and closely cooperates with other units across the Bank to comply with internal and external regulations. You are responsible to execute and improve controls for Trading, Treasury and Asset Management related processes, products and services. You provide subject matter expertise within the Bank and take over ownership for specific Trading, Treasury and Asset Management related topics and projects. Our target is is to support the Division in maintaining smooth operational processes and an efficient problem solving, where necessary. Our main Stakeholders are, besides the Trading, Treasury and Asset Management Division, Legal & Compliance, IT, Risk Office and Operations. We continously thrive to improve systems and processes. You therefore will be responsible to analyse Trading, Treasury and Asset Management related IT change requests, gather requirements and drive forward the implementation with the Business Units and the IT Department.Responsibilities

  • Perform and/or monitor controls related to Trading, Treasury and Asset Mangement and assure regulatory duties are completed; closely collaborate with colleagues across the Bank  to solve exceptions (Front Units, Trading, Legal and Compliance, Operations, IT, etc.)

  • Analyse processes and controls to identify potential for efficiency improvements

  • Take over daily administrative and operational tasks related to Trading, Treasury and Asset Management; build up expertise and act as single point of contact within the Bank for those topics

  • Perform Subject Matter Expert role in related projects and support implementation

  • Assume responsibility for IT change requests related to Trading, Treasury and Asset Management products, services, processes and systems; analyse requirements together with the Business Units and IT and drive implementation forward

  • Lead Trading, Treasury and AM related initiatives, perform business analysis, develop IT specifications and coordinate the implementation with all relevant stakeholders; Furthermore, align with cross divisional business units such as Legal & Compliance, Risk Office, Credit and of course IT

Profiles

  • University degree in the area of Finance, Social Sciences or Business or an apprenticeship with further education in business or finance

  • 3- 5 years of working experience in Banking

  • A deepened understanding and interest of Trading, Treasury and Asset Management

  • German is an advantage, English is a must and French is a plus

  • Motivating personality and capability to autonomously drive things forward

  • Independent and proactive worker, problem solving attitude

  • Good team player and ability to work with various stakeholders

  • Very good analytical and communication skills

  • Very good computer skills; Avaloq know-how is an advantage
