Responsible for administration and management of our Unified Communications environment
Responsible for operational tasks in various locations internationally
Act as a project team member in IT projects
Keeping the system documentation and user manuals up to date/Writing System Documentation
Readiness for the on-call service
Profiles
You did complete an apprenticeship in the IT, certification like CCNA or equivalent are preferred but not a requirement
At least 2 years of experience in the area of network administration preferred on Cisco
You already have experience with Cisco Unified Communications or you are willing to learn it
Must be highly motivated and have excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work well with others to further team maturity
Independent, customer-oriented, takes the initiative is dedicated and a team player
Good command of spoken and written German and English
